Lancashire County Council have notified that part of Low Road, Middleton will be closed from Wednesday 15th October until Friday 17th October 2025 to allow water connection works including new medium sided connection and disconnection of old lead supply works to be carried out by Networks Plus on behalf of United Utilities.
Pedestrian access to properties will be maintained.
An alternative route for vehicular traffic is via Hallam Lane – Carr Lane.
